Troy Anderson is an executive pastor and the general counsel for The City Church in Seattle.  From 2007 to 2011, Troy and his wife Bonnie were campus pastors at the church's University District campus. Before joining The City Church's staff in 2004, he was a partner at the Ellis, Li & McKinstry law firm in Seattle and served in various volunteers roles in the church.  He grew up in Wilbur, Washington, a farming community where it became clear early on that he would never make it as a farmer.  He went on to graduate from Portland Bible College, Warner Pacific College, and Regent University Law School.  Troy is on several church and nonprofit boards, and he and Bonnie live in Kirkland with their five kids (their youngest is 7 years old and their oldest is 17).


Jude Fouquier and his wife Becky are the Lead Pastors of The City Church in beautiful Ventura, California, where they relocated to plant a church in August of 2010. Pastor Jude & his family spent the previous 18 years serving in several capacities at The City Church in Seattle, Washington, including Youth Pastor, Intern Director, and Senior Associate Pastor, as well as an Elder. He helped to pioneer that church with Pastors Wendell and Gini Smith Before he came to Seattle, Pastor Jude got his start in youth ministry after graduating from Oral Roberts University in 1985 when he first became a Youth Pastor under Wally and Marilyn Hickey at the Happy Church in Denver, Colorado. Pastor Jude travels extensively, speaking at church and youth conferences, imparting into the lives of youth, leaders and pastors around the world.


Leon Sandberg is an Elder and the Creative Arts Pastor at The City Church in Kirkland, Washington.As a pastor, he oversees all aspects of gatherings and events including worship, media, production, communications and guest services.He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Music Education from Seattle Pacific University where he has also served as a faculty lecturer in the Fine and Performing Arts Department.He and his wife, Donna directed evangelistic music tours throughout the United States and Europe and they have been involved as church leaders for over 20 years.Leon and Donna are the proud parents of three children.


Ryan Wuerch is the founder and CEO of Solavei. Ryan Wuerch also founded Motricity and was named Ernst & Young's Entrepreneur of the Year in 2010 Pacific Northwest and 2005 Carolinas. He continues to be a featured speaker at conferences and business schools. He is also on the board of directors of the Miss America Organization, ambassador to the Internet Alliance in Washington DC and president of Epiphany International where financial, humanitarian and educational assistance is provided to those in need.  Ryan also donates his time to important organizations such as ICDI by visiting villages in Congo to dig wells and bring clean water to the people and  the Michael Carter Lisnow Respite Center to support their efforts to provide emotional and physical support to individuals with disabilities.



Shawntel Wuerch lives in Bellevue Washington with her family and serves as Head of Community Affairs for Solavei. On a national level, Shawntel is Executive Director of Epiphany International and shares her time supporting the advancement of education, working with her children's school and serving on the Hunt Institute from 2007-2012. In 1996 Shawntel won the title of Miss America and traveled 20,000 miles a month promoting education and  philanthropic organizations. Her greatest accomplishment and the role she enjoys most is being a wife to her husband Ryan and mother to her four sons, Braden, Barrett, Brennan and Bryson.
